Our main components-CASTINGS- are at times machined as per requirements of the customers before these are put in use. During this machining process should there be any deficiency- normally referred as CASTING DEFECT, The defective components are withdrawn and destroyed and are not at all allowed for any use. |

Hence all the processes are verified before a component is put in use as such VALIDATION aspect is not applicable in our type of INDUSTRY. |

The chance for any defects like cracks, breakage complaints are not even one (1) in a million. However should there be any procedure of traceability as defined under procedure no. 12 of this manual is followed. As such, validation is not defined or followed. |

The following requirements of the standard have been excluded as per the justifications described below. |

DESIGNING The Company manufactures “Castings” and carries on finishing job as per the design and specifications given by the customers who provide us with the patterns or the drawings to make the pattern. The company does not undertake any designing activities whatsoever. |

However the “Development” of the components is undertaken by us and is ensured as per procedure No. 8 of this Manual. |

SERVICE Any component, which is found to have any deficiency/defect is withdrawn and destroyed and no salvaging/repaired and service is undertaken for our types of products. |

As such SERVICE provision is partly practiced by us. |

Besides manufacturing CASTING for our captive consumption of Generating sets, Water Pumps, Diesel Engines etc., we also cater to a few selective customers to meet any further demand of quantity and any other unique and special characteristic requirements we have no constraints of any kind on our willingness, infrastructures and financial back up. |

In addition to our own well qualified and experienced team, we have regular arrangements with PROCESS AND PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENTS CENTRE, AGRA (GOVT. OF INDIA ORGANIZATION) established with specific purpose of helping the foundries in India for their technological up-gradation and any other support service requirements. |
