“HIMALAYA GAURAV” Welding Generating set powered by 68 BHP, 41.5BHP, 28BHP &
20 BHP. Water Cooled vertical engines ideal for a wide range of heavy &
commercial welding of stationary & portable nature. Standard accessories for
manual operation /electric operation for starting and other device(s) to
monitor and adjust current, voltage, etc.
All these sets are tested as per specification & according to customer’s
requirement properly prior to leaving the factory to give our customers the
standard specification .All machines carry the guarantee against all
manufacturing defects for a period of one YEAR.
ARMATURE : DYNAMICALLY
BALANCED
The armature core consist of high quality silicon steel stampings to reduce
drop of voltage at required loads. The armature core is rigidly keyed to a
sturdy shaft and clamped with heavy end rings.
FIELDS
The field consist of four pole shoes which are built of high quality steel
stampings and accurately spaced and mounted in a steel body.
SLIP RINGS ASSEMBLY
The slip rings are made of gun metal alloy to facilitate spark free and no
energy loss condition. Brush Holders are fitted with insulated bolts.
Positive collection of current is ensured by copper brush flexible and
adequate connecting leads.
WINDING &
INSULATION
Both the A.C. & D.C. Windings are of super synthetic enameled copper wire of
high conductivity. The high grade insulating materials are used in winding.
The field coils and Armature after winding are varnished and thoroughly
dried.
BEARING
Heavy duty Ball Bearings of high quality are fitted to support the armature
spindle. The Bearings are lubricated with high melting point grease which
helps the alternator in noise Less smooth running. Outer bearings are
covered type to prevent dust.
BODY &
VENTILATION
The stator frame consist of
thick steel. The end shields are of Cast iron with easy ventilation windows
on both sides. A very balanced and efficient fan of aluminum alloy is fitted
with armature spindle which effect uniform cooling and long Life to
windings.
EXHAUST SYSTEM
A silencer of standard type
(pepper pot) is fitted for adequate silencing.
WARRANTY
The unit can be repaired/ replaced due to any manufacturing defect .
Improper application or installation, accident or damage caused due to
overloading void all warranty implied on our part.
